1. Shipping Rates
United Kingdom
Orders of £45 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.
Orders under £45 will be charged a standard shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
International Shipping
Orders of £45 or more qualify for FREE standard international shipping to selected destinations.
For orders under £45, international shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and shipping method.
International delivery availability may vary by country.
2. Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
UK
Standard delivery: approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch.
International
International delivery: approximately 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local postal or customs services.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, the customer may be responsible for any import duties, customs fees, VAT or other taxes charged by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the free shipping offer unless explicitly stated at checkout.

5. Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

We will work with the relevant shipping carrier to investigate the delivery status.

8. Free Shipping Offer
The £45 free shipping threshold is calculated based on the order value of eligible products before shipping charges.
If an order qualifies for free shipping, the applicable standard shipping charge will be automatically removed at checkout.
